Store Hours and COVID-19 Safety Precautions
We are thrilled to reopen our stores so that you can come in and shop, dream, design and bring your vision of home to life. However, the safety of our customers, communities and team members is our first priority, so we have implemented continuous enhanced cleaning and safety protocols based on guidelines provided by the Government of Ontario.
Adjusted Store Hours
We’ve temporarily reduced store hours to allow for thorough cleaning of our stores. We are currently CLOSED on Mondays. Tuesday-Saturday we are open 10AM - 5:30PM. Sunday 12PM - 5PM.
Protection
We are providing masks for every team member. Wearing masks is mandatory for our team members in all common areas, gloves will also be provided. We are no longer accepting cash—only credit/debit payments.
Social Distancing
To keep our customers and team members safe throughout our store, we practice proper social distancing at all times. We are limiting the number of customers allowed to enter the store at any one time to promote social distancing. Customers waiting to enter the store will be asked to stay in their cars,
We also provide visible lines to indicate where customers should stand when approaching our counters. And, for the foreseeable future, we will be a handshake-free zone.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Before we re-opened our doors, the store underwent a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. To ensure it remains clean we have implemented enhanced daily cleaning protocols that include sanitizing devices and counters, as well as cleaning the store regularly throughout the day.
And, of course, our team members will continue using hand sanitizer, along with regular and frequent handwashing.
In-home Design Consultations
We are currently not offering IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTS. We are available through virtual meeting or over the phone, and as always you are welcome to bring in photos of your space and we would be happy to create a design perfect for your home.
